How do I determine the right size and width for my sandals?
BIRKENSTOCK offers two widths: Regular and Narrow. Most people with standard-width feet find the 'Regular' fit most comfortable, while those with very slim feet should opt for 'Narrow'. We recommend leaving about 10mm of space in the heel and 5mm in the toe area.
What is the return policy for online orders?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all items purchased through our online store. Items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
How long does shipping typically take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
Can I repair my BIRKENSTOCK footbeds or soles?
Yes, BIRKENSTOCK products are designed to be sustainable. Many of our models can be resoled or have the footbeds replaced by authorized repair shops to extend the life of your footwear.

How should I care for the cork and leather on my shoes?
To maintain the cork, apply a thin layer of cork sealer when it starts to look dull. For leather uppers, use a damp cloth for cleaning and apply a leather conditioner periodically to prevent drying and cracking.
