Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Birkenstock purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and original-condition items. Please ensure all tags are attached and the footwear is returned in its original shoe box to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn Birkenstocks in their original branded box, then secure that box inside a standard shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS or FedEx location as specified on your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
